Join me for a special Writing & Yoga Workshop — a nourishing blend of gentle movement and reflective writing.

As summer approaches, how about taking some time for yourself? Imagine embracing this beautiful season with a clear mind and a calm heart. This special workshop offers exactly that.

In this workshop, I’m going to guide you for 75 minutes to reconnect with yourself and what matters in a welcoming space. You’ll have the chance to:

  • Saturday, June 7, 2025 | 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM

  • Planet Botanix, 301 Bank Street, Ottawa. Walk in the front door and enter the event room at the back of the store. MAP

  • 75 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time at 11:30 AM as we begin at the scheduled time.

  • Planet Botanix is a retail shop located on Bank Street in Centretown, Ottawa. There is easy access by car, bus, walking, and bike. Parking is free on downtown streets.

  • A writing book and a pen. Yoga mats will be supplied, but you can bring your own if preferred.

    NOTE: For the greatest effectiveness, you will need to handwrite.

  • Food is not allowed in this space. Please let me know if you require food for health reasons during the event.

  • Your writing is private. We refrain from talking during the experience to maximize the benefits of the experience. (I will be talking though :)

    We will have an optional conversation time after the writing portion.

  • Yes. I will show you where it is before the event begins.

  • Purchases are fully refundable until May 31. Should you need to cancel after that time, I kindly ask that you notify me via e-mail at least 24 hours before the start of the event. You will receive a full credit for the amount paid, which can be applied towards future trees&breathe events and workshops.

    Should I need to cancel due to low registration or unfortunate events, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of cancellation at least 12 hours before the start of the event, and will receive a refund.
