I designed the trees&breathe journaling method to offer you a unique path to clarity. Through nature-inspired mindfulness and effective writing techniques, the sessions and workshops help you uncover the truths of your thoughts. This opens the door to a clearer mind, stronger decisions, and a deeper sense of well-being.

With degrees in Social Work and Applied Language Studies (Writing), plus certifications in yoga and forest bathing, I created this multi-layered approach to journaling to foster self-discovery and emotional clarity.

With 25 years as a social worker, 10 as a university writing instructor, and the author of two books, I have been passionate about guiding others in clarifying their thoughts through writing. My goal at trees&breathe is to help you slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s ready to be seen.
