Who I Am
I designed trees&breathe to offer a unique path to clarity through journaling.
Through guided journaling, people often uncover thoughts they didn’t know were there. What begins as simple journaling can lead to surprising insight, emotional clarity, and a deeper understanding of what matters most.
With degrees in Social Work and Applied Language Studies (Writing), plus certifications in yoga and forest bathing, I created this multi-layered approach to journaling to foster self-discovery.
With 25 years as a social worker, 10 as a university writing instructor, and the author of two books, I have been passionate about guiding others in clarifying their thoughts through writing. My goal at trees&breathe is to help you slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s ready to be seen.
