A new leaf peeking out on your favourite plant is shiny and full of promise. It’s exciting to see the ongoing growth that’s happening right before your eyes. Revealing deep thoughts through journaling can create the same feeling as seeing a new plant leaf. You didn’t see it before and you’re excited by its potential!
You can turn a new leaf, too, with these six independent drop-in sessions that allow you to “see” something new. Each session is a fresh start, offering you a new perspective through guided journaling.

Doing a guided journaling workshop is a healthy outlet for your “grove” (group) to connect, reduce stress, and increase strength.
Your group may be work, community, interest, family, friends, or any other way you define a group! Whatever your group, I will deliver a custom-designed workshop that encourages everyone to feel calmer and clearer-minded.
