Turn a New Leaf is a live guided journaling series designed to help you slow down, release mental clutter, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
In each 1-hour session, I guide you with nature-inspired prompts that help you breathe slowly and explore your thoughts beneath the surface — the ones you may not always notice in day-to-day life. After journaling, we spend a short time (15 min.) in optional conversation for a chance to share insights or simply listen.
To benefit, you don’t need experience. You only need a willingness to sit with your thoughts for a little while.
In each session, you’ll experience:

Not at all. Each session is self-contained — you can join one, a few, or the whole series. Every theme invites reflection in its own way.

Each 60–75 minute gathering includes guided journaling, mindfulness relaxation techniques, and an optional conversation space to close. My intention is for you to leave with greater clarity and a sense of calm renewal.

No writing background is needed. These sessions are for anyone drawn to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their inner voice.

To protect your privacy, I don’t record the sessions, but I do have a pre-recorded video to share with anyone who registered.

Sharing is always optional. Many participants find that simply listening is just as meaningful as speaking.
